Hi there, Trailblazer owners. Today on your 2021 Chevrolet Trailblazer, we're gonna be taking a look at and showing you how to install Roadmaster's universal stop light switch. And this is what our stoplight switch looks like when it's installed. it just simply zip ties around our brake pedal and the infrared sensor points towards our firewall. This sensor can then, you'll simply press a button here on the sensor, and that will reset the sensor, letting it know its home position. I'm going to walk through how to install the Demco Air Force One supplemental braking system The Air Force One is going to be designed for motorhomes with air brakes. It's going to be a truly proportional system. So when you match that, when you compare it to some of the other systems, like the Demco Stay-IN-Play duo that work off of a signal coming from the light, this one is actually working off of air pressure coming from the brakes on the motorhome. What it does is when you apply the brakes in the motorhome, it sends air pressure through this line, into the system, into an excavator mount on the brake pedal arm. more

Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit Installation - 2021 Ford Escape- Video
Hey everybody, how's it going Today we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the road master brake light relay kit here on a 2021 Ford Escape. So a brake light relay kit is gonna be required in order to successfully flat tow this vehicle if you have a supplemental braking system. Now essentially what this is gonna do is, so when the brake lights are being applied on a towed vehicle here while we have the turn signals on on the motor home, they're gonna override those signals which is not something we want. By installing the relay here which is powered by the running light circle on the motor home. We're gonna prevent the brake lights on the towed vehicle from overriding the turn signals sent from the motor home. So there's really not much else to say about the relay, it's gonna do its job. more

So a supplemental braking system is required in nearly every state for vehicles over a certain weight. So it's gonna be a good idea to use one for your towing setup. Now, a supplemental braking system, what it does in its most basic form, it pretty much transfers the brakes from your motor home to the towed vehicle. So the reason this is important is, some of our towed vehicles, especially our larger truck here, they're gonna put strain on the motor homes brake. It's gonna wear the motor home's brakes faster and it's not gonna allow us to come to a smooth and effective stop, as we would normally when we're not towing. more

So why this is important is, when we have larger towed vehicles here, like this truck, it's going to place additional force and strain on the motor home's brake. So we're not going to be able to come to a stop as fast. And it's also going to put additional wear and tear on the motor home's brake. So adding a supplemental braking system like the air force one, it's going to be an excellent option for both safety and longevity. more

Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit Installation - 2020 Ford Escape- Video
Hey, everybody. How's it going Today, we're gonna be going over and showing you how to install the Roadmaster Brake-Lite Relay Kit here on your 2020 Ford Escape. So, a brake-lite relay kit is gonna be required for most vehicles that have separate brake and turn signals like our Ford Escape. Now, essentially, what this kit does is it's gonna prevent the brakes in our towed vehicle from overriding the turn signals coming from our motor home. So it is an important part of our setup in order to remain legal and safe going down the road. So in regards to actual operation, or activation rather, it's gonna be triggered from turning the running lights on in our motorhome. more
